This peaceful, spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with a king bed on a log frame and an ensuite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. A second guest room offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two sets of bunk beds (queen on bottom, twin on top). The second bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

Inside, the living area is filled with comfortable, stylish furnishings and a large flat screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for any meal, featuring a counter bar for 3, a dining table for 7, and a variety of appliances including a rice cooker, crock pot, and blender. For convenience, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and provided pods is available, along with a mudroom containing games.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can enjoy a private back deck with a propane grill and a large, fully fenced backyard with a gazebo and multiple seating areas. The home is particularly pet-friendly, featuring dog doors leading from the house through the mudroom to the yard.

Located about 5 miles east of downtown Kanab, the ranch is perfectly positioned as the "Hub of the Parks." You are only 45 minutes from Zion National Park and close to Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Local exploration is easy with the famous Mansard Trail less than 5 minutes away, and easy access to Highway 89A for trips to the Coral Pink Sand Dunes or the "Wave" wilderness. Kanab, known as "Little Hollywood," offers a charming town experience with local bakeries and the annual Western Legends festival.

Practical details include check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. The home utilizes energy-efficient radiant floor heating and an evaporative cooler. Please note that cameras are located around the perimeter and monitoring the front and back doors for safety. A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations (excluding HVMB guests).
