The home accommodates up to 7 guests across three distinct sleeping areas: a king suite with ensuite bathroom, a queen guest bedroom, and an adventurous loft space with queen bed accessible by ladder. An extra cot is available for the seventh guest. Two well-appointed bathrooms serve the home, with the primary ensuite and a shared bathroom for the guest room and loft.

A car is recommended for exploring the local area and visiting Kanab. The seasonal outdoor pool operates from mid to late May through mid to late October, weather dependent. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM with convenient self check-in via keypad.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum 2 dogs, no cats). A $500 refundable security hold is required. Pets must not be left unattended without proper crating, are not allowed on beds or furniture, and owners assume full financial responsibility for any damages.
