The home offers comfortable sleeping with a queen bed in the bedroom and additional space on the convertible sofa in the living room. The single bathroom includes a walk-in shower with waterfall shower head, LED vanity mirror, and is stocked with linens and bath essentials.

Inside, you'll find plenty of natural lighting and modern furnishings throughout. The living room creates a perfect gathering place to unwind after exploring, complete with Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, featuring a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A small eating nook provides the perfect spot for morning coffee at what the owners call "the best coffee bar." The bedroom offers a full-size mirror, ample closet space, and a large projector screen for streaming movies in bed. An all-in-one washer/dryer combo adds convenience for longer stays.

Outside, the fully fenced front yard features a sitting area with gas fire pit and propane barbecue grill, ideal for grilling or relaxing by the fire. The property includes free on-premises parking and EV charging capabilities.

Prescott offers incredible year-round activities from the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July to the Annual Courthouse Lighting in Arizona's Christmas City. Summer Concert Series brings free events to Courthouse Square, while numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for every dietary preference. Hiking trails range from easy walks to rugged terrain adventures. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with check-out at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 to rent, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A $115 pet fee applies and must be disclosed within 48 hours of booking. Reservation changes after 48 hours incur a $35 fee. A separate vacation rental agreement is required beyond standard booking terms.
