The lower level serves as the main hub of the home, featuring a full-size kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious master bedroom equipped with a King bed. The living area provides a cozy atmosphere for après-ski relaxation, centered around a classic wood-burning fireplace. On the upper level, you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed, an additional bathroom, and a loft area containing a queen pull-out sofa, providing ample sleeping flexibility for families or groups.

While this is a private unit, it is part of the larger Evergreen Condominiums complex, meaning you may have neighbors to your sides and below. Guests have access to fantastic community perks, including a clubhouse featuring a pool table, a ping pong table, a relaxing sitting area, and a sauna. A coin-operated laundry facility is also conveniently located within the complex.
