This finely appointed Luxury Canvas Cabin is designed for peaceful relaxation. The layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed, though it is expertly configured to sleep up to 6 guests using one king bed and 4 twin bunks. The unit includes 1 bathroom and is enhanced with native design touches to ensure your stay is both relaxing and enjoyable. Guests can enjoy the convenience of high-efficiency heating and air conditioning, as well as a dedicated coffee station within the cabin.

Step outside onto your private patio to soak in the towering canyon walls and the calming sounds of nature. The ranch is a hidden wonder, home to three natural lakes, lush meadows, and hidden lakes tucked inside caves. For a surreal experience, cozy up by the fire uniquely situated under the iconic hoodoo cave or spend a lazy beach day by the lake. Adventure seekers can utilize the on-site service for thrill-seeking ATV rides, slot canyon rappelling, or horseback rides through the lush terrain. Explore the property via walking paths that lead to the incredible Dellenbaugh Cave and Weeping Cave.

Common area access includes a BBQ pit, a grassy area, and a fire pit inside the Hoodoo Cave. The main pond is available for swimming or relaxing on a paddleboard. Please note that designated parking is provided for every unit, and transportation is required to navigate the property.

• Speed Limit: Strictly 5 mph through the canyon to preserve serenity and minimize dust
• House Rules: Please remove shoes before entering the unit
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Water: Complimentary bottled water is provided upon arrival (not restocked); all tap water is drinkable and sourced from 140 natural springs
• Fire Pits: Unit fire tables are gas-powered; do not burn trash or wood in these pits
• Maintenance: Please clean the BBQ grill utensils and the Cave Commons fire pit after use
