Designed for peaceful relaxation, this Luxury Canvas Cabin is perfectly configured for two guests, featuring one bedroom with one bed and one fully appointed bathroom. The space is thoughtfully curated with native design touches, high-efficiency heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort, and a convenient coffee station to start your mornings right. Each unit includes a private patio where you can soak in the towering canyon scenery and the soothing sounds of nature.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the resort experience is expansive. Guests have full access to the Cave Lakes grounds, including a common area with a BBQ pit, a grassy area, and a unique fire pit located inside the iconic Hoodoo Cave. For those seeking adventure, the ranch provides an on-site service for ATV rides, slot canyon rappelling, and horseback tours through the lush landscape. You can spend your days lounging by the lake, paddleboarding on the main pond, or exploring walking paths that lead to the wonders of Dellenbaugh Cave and Weeping Cave.

Located just six miles north of Kanab and situated directly across from the Moqui Cave Museum, the ranch is a rare gem surrounded by three natural lakes and hidden cave waters.

• Parking: Designated parking is provided for every unit; however, transportation is required to navigate the property.

House Rules:

• Please adhere to the canyon speed limit to minimize dust and noise to preserve the area's serenity.
• Shoes must be removed before entering the cabin.
• Complimentary water bottles are provided in the refrigerator but will not be restocked during the stay.
• All water inside the unit and from the exterior spigot is drinkable, sourced from 140 natural water springs.
• Water pressure is conservative; if pressure is low, please turn off the water and wait five minutes.
• If using the Cave Commons fire pit, please remove all trash and return chairs to their original positions. Please observe all local fire restrictions.
