For additional guests or children, the open living area includes a built-in bunk alcove with two twin beds and access to a second full bathroom.

Location & Neighborhood Situated within the Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area, the condo is steps from the lifts serving Pioneer Lodge. Winter visitors can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, and snowshoeing. During the summer, the area transforms into a playground for mountain biking, hiking, trail running, and scenic chairlift rides. While immersed in nature, you are only 20 miles from downtown Boise and the Boise River Greenbelt. Please note that the nearest grocery store is 20 miles away, so planning ahead is recommended.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be 21 years or older. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the condo. There is no air conditioning, which is common for mountain properties. Due to winter conditions, four-wheel drive or traction tires are strongly recommended.
