Designed for comfort and privacy, the layout features one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The spacious bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat with two comfy queen beds, blackout curtains, and a large window offering south beach views. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper equipped with a 5" memory foam mattress. A privacy door in the hallway separates the sleeping quarters from the main living area, ensuring a quiet sanctuary for all.

The large bathroom is updated with a vanity featuring two sinks and a new raised toilet.

Located in the heart of Daytona Beach, Florida, this property is conveniently situated near the Daytona Boardwalk, Pier, and Ocean Walk Shoppes. Guests are just a short drive from the legendary Daytona International Speedway and Peabody Auditorium, making it a central home base for year-round events and attractions.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old
• No pets, smoking, or vaping allowed (including balconies)
• No trailers permitted
• One parking pass is provided in the condo; it must be returned upon departure to avoid a $60.00 replacement fee
• Guests are provided a small starter pack of toilet paper and trash bags; please bring your own toiletries and additional supplies for stays longer than two days

Please note that the Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing ongoing repairs due to past hurricane impacts. While the condo is fully ready, some resort services like on-site dining and the south pool deck are currently unavailable. Beach access remains available immediately north of the building.
