While the condo is spotless and fully operational, please note that the Daytona Beach Resort is currently undergoing restoration and improvement projects following past hurricane damage. Guests should expect some exterior and common areas to show signs of ongoing work. Specifically, seawall construction is ongoing and may create daytime noise, dust, or equipment activity. Additionally, the restaurant, tiki bar, parking garage, and south pool are temporarily closed.
