Designed for relaxation and convenience, the cottage features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements are spread across two levels to ensure privacy and flexibility. The upper level houses two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, alongside a full bathroom. The main level offers a fun and flexible bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, accompanied by another full bathroom.
The interior is designed for togetherness. A spacious living room with an open layout connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to gather for movies or board games. While the living room features a fireplace, please note it is decorative and non-functional. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from quick breakfasts before a hike to relaxed family dinners.

- If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.

No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

For noise complaints: 6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 6.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the couches or pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to the guest.

Check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed upon with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out, the guest will be charged $200.

Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check-out will be passed on to you.
