Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age to book this property is 21. Please note that pets are not allowed. Parking is strictly limited to the garage, driveway, or designated visitor areas; street parking is prohibited. RVs and trailers must use designated spaces on Canyon Tree Dr or Ledges Pkwy. Regarding community amenities, one of the two pools closes from December through early March, though both hot tubs remain open. Both pools are heated and open during the winter holiday window from December 22nd through January 4th. Additionally, the Ledges Fitness Center is available for a fee of $10 per person, per day.
