HOUSE RULES:

Thank you for choosing Glacier Summit. This is our family condo that we love and cherish so we ask you to treat it like your own during your stay with us.

• Rule #1 - Enjoy your vacation!

• No smoking, vaping, drugs, or under age drinking is permitted anywhere on the property including the back yard. There will be a $500 charge for smoking on the property.

• No parties. Outdoor security cameras monitor actual guest count.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM - Check-out: Before 10:00 AM There will be a minimum $100 charge for early check in or late check out

• Maximum number of guests is 6. Additional guests will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation at a rate of $100 per person per night.

• Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This means no outside music and noise must be kept to a minimum as voices can carry in this quiet little town.

• ALL garbage must be bagged before being placed in the garbage cans. This keeps the odor down and bears away!

• Prior to check out, please load and start the dishwasher, take all trash out to the dumpsters, turn off the A/C units and be sure all windows are closed and latched and all entry/exit doors to the house are locked, including the sliding glass door.

• While our home is for families and kids are welcome to come, you are responsible to watch your kids.

• Please follow the posted hot tub rules. Any misuse leading to an extra cleaning will result in an extra $150 charge.

• The firewood is for the outside firepit and can only be used following the Forest Service guidelines. We can help provide websites for burn ban updates but the Guest is ultimately responsible for following these restrictions if in effect.

• You are responsible for the game tables if used. Be sure to follow the instructions and leave them in good condition for the next guest.

-PET POLICY

We know pets are part of the family — and we’re happy to welcome your furry friends! To keep our homes clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests (two- and four-legged alike), please review our pet policy below before booking:

✅ Allowed Pets • Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. • Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. • No puppies under 1 year old, and no cats or other animals, please.

💲 Pet Fee • A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per stay applies for up to two dogs. • This covers additional cleaning and sanitation after your visit.

🦴 Guest Responsibilities To ensure a great experience for everyone: • Clean up after your pet — inside and outside — and dispose of waste properly. • Keep pets off furniture and beds unless you bring your own protective covers. • Do not leave pets unattended inside the home unless crated. • Leash pets outdoors and respect local leash laws and wildlife. • Report any accidents or damages right away so we can address them promptly.

🚫 Not Permitted • Pets that are aggressive, untrained, or prone to excessive barking. • Bathing pets in indoor tubs or showers. • Allowing pets in hot tubs, pools, or on linens.

🧼 Additional Charges If extra cleaning, odor removal, or damage repair is required due to pets, the cost will be charged to the guest’s account.
