The unit is completed by 1 well-appointed bathroom featuring an en suite shower.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Key collection is handled at the Welcome Center located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a charge of 10% of the daily rate per hour.
• Smoking: Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. Violation results in a minimum fee of €200.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Taxes & Fees: A municipal tourism tax of €3.00 per person/night (for guests over 13, up to 7 nights) is applied.
• Long-term stays (28+ nights): Water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses are capped at €150; excess costs are the guest's responsibility.
• Key Policies: Fees apply for lost keys or emergency after-hours entry (after 7 PM).
• Noise Notice: Please be aware of ongoing works nearby which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
