The condo features a perfect layout designed for comfort and privacy, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 12 guests: the master suite and first guest room each feature a King bed, while the second guest bedroom is equipped with 4 bunk beds (consisting of 2 full and 2 twin beds). For additional flexibility, a comfortable queen Aerobed is also included.

To ensure a seamless stay, the home provides unique secure front door access codes and 24/7 email and phone emergency guest service. The property is maintained by the most detailed cleaning staff in St. George to ensure a pristine environment for every arrival.

Please be aware that there is construction for a new community being built across the street. While the hosts strive to ensure a comfortable stay, you may experience occasional noise or dust from the nearby development. Your understanding is appreciated as the community continues to grow.

Cancellation Policy: Short-term guests are charged 15 days prior to arrival. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 5+ days before arrival, and a 50% refund for those made 1+ days before arrival. No cancellations are allowed on or after the arrival date. Long-term guests (30+ nights) are charged 15 days prior to arrival and monthly thereafter; future charges can be stopped by canceling at any time, though previous charges are non-refundable.
