Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and the minimum age to book this property is 21. Please note that one of the two community pools closes from December through early March, though both hot tubs remain open. Both pools are open and heated during the Winter Holiday period from December 22nd through January 4th. For your convenience, the Ledges Fitness Center is accessible for $10 per person, per day.

Parking Rules: All vehicles must be parked in the garage, on the driveway, or in designated visitor parking. Street parking is strictly prohibited. RV and trailer parking is limited to designated spaces on Canyon Tree Dr or Ledges Pkwy.
