• Noise Policy: This is a strict no-party house (no bucks or footy weekends). The property is in an Environmental Conservation Zone; therefore, no music is allowed outdoors at any time and a strict 10pm outdoor noise curfew is enforced. NoiseAware technology is used to monitor decibel levels. Failure to comply with noise requests may result in removal from the premises via security patrol without refund.
