Please keep the home smoke-free. Before you start a fire in the fireplace, turn the flue to the left to open it - this is important for safety and proper ventilation.
When it snows, the property receives snow plow service. If you have a car parked in front of your unit, please move it when the plow arrives so they can clear the driveway. They'll return later if a vehicle is in the way.
Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster located in the overflow parking lot. Do not leave trash or food in your car or outside the home - the area is a bear alert zone. Trash will be picked up at the end of your stay.
Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially in the evening hours - your neighbors will appreciate it.
