• Parking: Includes a garage and additional unnumbered community spaces within walking distance. Extra-long spaces for RVs and trailers are available on one side of the community. ATV trailers must be un-hitched from the support vehicle.
• Smoking Policy: This is a strict NON-SMOKING property (including vaping). Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a fee of at least $250.
• Pets: Not allowed.
