Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Fort Williamson! We’re excited to host you and want to help make your stay smooth, relaxing, and memorable.

POINT OF CONTACT (POC) FORM After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message within 24 hours requesting completion of our Point of Contact (POC) form and rental agreement.This form is required prior to arrival and helps us remain compliant with local licensing requirements while at the same time ensuring you receive: • Check-in instructions • Gate and door codes • Directions to the property • Glacier National Park trip planning information • Local recommendations and area tips

Please complete the form promptly after receiving it to avoid delays with your arrival information.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Please ensure your reservation reflects the accurate number of guests staying at the property. The unit is prepared and stocked based on the number of registered guests.

Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. This is important for safety, insurance, and licensing compliance.

NO SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

If you choose to smoke outdoors: • Please stay away from buildings and dry grass • Keep all windows and doors closed • No smoking on decks or porches due to wildfire risk • Properly dispose of cigarette waste

Failure to follow smoking rules may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.

NO PETS No pets or animals are allowed unless specifically approved in writing prior to arrival. We will charge you an additional $100 cleaning fee for sneaking in pets.

NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES Candles, incense, fireworks, or any open flames are not permitted inside or outside the unit due to fire risk.

CHECK-IN Check-in begins after 4:00 PM.

Early check-in requests may be accommodated depending on cleaning schedules and availability but cannot be guaranteed.

SEPTIC SYSTEM Our property operates on an in-ground septic system.

Please flush ONLY: • Human waste • The toilet paper we provide

DO NOT flush: • Wipes of any kind (including “flushable” wipes) • Feminine products • Paper towels • Napkins • Diapers • Food or grease

Any plumbing service calls caused by improper items being flushed may result in additional charges.

ENERGY & PROPERTY CARE When leaving the unit for extended periods, please: • Turn off lights • Turn off heat or AC • Close and lock doors securely

The porch light is motion activated and may be left on for nighttime use.

If lights or AC are left running for extended periods while the unit is vacant, management may enter briefly to turn them off.

PARKING Each unit includes one designated parking space. Additional vehicles should be parked in overflow parking areas when available.

PLEASE RESPECT THE PROPERTY Many furnishings and décor items are unique antiques selected to create an authentic experience. Please treat the property and its contents with care during your stay.

WILDLIFE & TRASH We are in bear country. To help keep both guests and wildlife safe: • Do not leave trash outside overnight • Please dispose of trash during daytime hours only • We secure trash nightly to prevent bear activity

CHECK-OUT Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on your departure day.

Before leaving, we kindly ask that you: • Wash or start the dishwasher for dirty dishes • Do not put away wet dishes • Take morning trash to designated bins if needed • Turn off heat or AC • Lock doors securely upon departure

There is no need to strip beds or deep clean — we want you to enjoy your vacation.

DAMAGES We understand accidents happen. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

QUIET HOURS Please be respectful of neighboring guests and keep noise levels reasonable, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
