You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Please keep beach chairs and umbrellas stored indoors overnight - they'll be safer that way. When you use the canoes, return them to their spot on the beach against the cement wall after each outing. Please don't throw paper or other combustible materials into the gas stove in the living room. The home's septic system is highly effective but sensitive - only toilet paper should be flushed, never feminine products. If the system clogs due to improper flushing, repair costs up to $250 may apply. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles in designated areas only; vehicles parked on the road are subject to towing at the owner's expense. On trash day (Monday mornings around 9am), please place all bins on the roadside behind the home for pickup - your help with this keeps the community running smoothly.
Please wash & put away the dishes before you leave. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
