For additional guests, the living area includes a comfortable couch with a Queen hideaway bed.

While the general amenities list is streamlined, the home is outfitted for a premium stay with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and modern cabinets, a dedicated dining space, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air, and in-unit laundry. For entertainment, Smart TVs are provided with a streaming bundle including Hulu, ESPN, and Disney Plus.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with prior approval. Ample free community parking is available, including designated "toy parking" for boats, RVs, or UTV/ATV trailers. Please note this unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs only; there is no elevator. To ensure a quality experience for all, smoking, vaping, and parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed, and maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests.
