Guest registration: All guests must register prior to their arrival by providing their full names and passport numbers to the host.

Check in information: Guests must provide their information by 4pm on the day of arrival. Otherwise, it will be considered that the reservation is not presented and will be canceled. For arrivals on Sundays or Colombian holidays, guest information must be sent during the previous business day or before noon on Saturday at the latest. The lack of this information will also result in the booking being treated as not presented and will be cancelled accordingly.

Outside Visitors: No outside visitors allowed on premises.

Late registration: Any guest registration request made after check-in will be treated as a visitor request and will not be addressed.

Check-in time: Standard check-in time is after 3pm.

Early check-in or late check out: Early check-in or late check out may be possible based on availability, with an additional fee of USD.

Baggage handling: Luggage cannot be left at the reception without prior notification to the host.

Damage policy:

we understand that accidents happen, but we also ask our guests to treat our house with care. If any items are damaged or broken during your stay, we will assess the situation. If the item cannot be repaired in its original state, we will charge a fixed replacement fee as described below. This fee will be used to replace the damaged item so future guests can enjoy our place as much as you do. We appreciate your understanding and help to make your vacation better.
