Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to ensure everyone has a place to rest: Room 1 features a king bed, while Rooms 2 and 3 offer queen beds. Room 4 is a versatile space with a full-over-full bunk and two twin rollaways. For additional flexibility, there are two twin rollaways located upstairs and another two located downstairs. The living areas are designed for togetherness, featuring comfortable furnishings, pillow ottomans, and wrap-around sectional couches perfect for movie nights on the large flat-screen TVs.

Step outside to the over-sized balcony to experience the best of outdoor living. You can spend your evenings roasting marshmallows around the fire pit or soaking in the large private hot tub. The outdoor space also includes a covered patio with dining area and a BBQ for alfresco meals. Inside, entertainment continues with a billiards table, an Xbox One with games, and a variety of board and outdoor games to keep guests engaged.

Beyond the property, guests have access to an array of community amenities, including the Kid's Cove water park, a lazy river, and a two-tier heated pool with water slides available from Presidents' Day until Thanksgiving. Active guests will enjoy the clubhouse fitness room, SPIN e Scooters, and access to Archie Gulber Park, which offers sand volleyball, baseball fields, and pickleball courts (equipment provided). The property also offers convenient RV and boat parking.
