Each bedroom is equipped with its own private ensuite and a flat-screen TV for ultimate privacy. For extra guests, the main floor living room offers a pull-out queen sofa, while the upstairs living area includes a full-sized sofa bed.

• Pool Heating: Not included in nightly rates. Optional heating ($50 operations fee + $25 daily fee plus tax) is recommended from Oct 1st to May 31st. The hot tub may be heated independently at no extra cost.
• Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 5+ days before arrival; 50% refund if cancelled 1+ days before arrival. Charges are processed 15 days prior to arrival.
