This exclusive one-bedroom suite is designed for versatility and comfort, accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one primary bed and a fold-out couch that converts into a firm but comfortable queen-sized bed, with extra sheets, a blanket, and two pillows conveniently stored in the master closet. The suite is located on the second level, accessible via one set of stairs, and features stunning vaulted ceilings that enhance the feeling of space.

Designed for both productivity and relaxation, the suite provides a curated selection of high-end features:

• Large electric standing desks
• Washer & dryers

To ensure a seamless experience, guests enjoy the privacy of individual exterior access to their well-insulated suite. This is a boutique experience featuring convenient self-check-in without a traditional front desk. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that late check-outs are not offered to allow the team time to make everything perfect for the next arrival.

Property Rules & Policies:

• Pets: One house-trained dog (50 lbs or less) is permitted for a fee of $75 per stay. No cats allowed. An unapproved pet fee of $100 applies.
• Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property (including vapes and marijuana). A $250 fee will be billed for any violations.
• Cleanings: Standard cleanings occur before and after stays. Additional cleanings during your visit are available for an $80 fee.
