Designed for families who cherish quality time together, the home features a thoughtfully arranged layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior is centered around a casual first floor where the living room, kitchen, and two distinct dining areas merge. The kitchen is fully equipped with every essential appliance and a prep island with bar seating for three, while two adjacent dining tables provide ample space for groups of eight and six. For relaxation, guests can gather for a movie in the living area or retreat to the comfortable den located within the first bedroom.

The sleeping arrangements include a private bedroom in the main house with a queen bed and crib, as well as a common sleeping area with additional beds near the living room. A third bedroom is located across a breezeway in a cozy, cabin-like guest house. This separate space includes a queen bed, a child bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette, though please note the stovetop in the guest house is not operational.

Outdoor living is the heart of this property. Guests can enjoy the grassy lawn, a spacious back deck, or the upper-level balcony. The home provides direct access to the dock on Echo Lake, making it a premier spot for swimming, kayaking, or fishing for rainbow trout, northern pike, prolific perch, and bass.
