The home was recently updated in May of 2025 with new flooring and furniture throughout to ensure a fresh and modern stay. For entertainment, the living spaces are equipped with two cable TVs where you can put your feet up and unwind after a day of adventure.

While the property itself provides a serene sanctuary, guests have access to a wide array of deluxe seasonal amenities through the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association (SVEA). These community offerings include:
