The atmosphere is welcoming, characterized by a rustic ceiling with wooden trellises complemented by modern furniture and decor that invite you to relax. For cozy movie nights, a large wall-mounted TV is conveniently located above the fireplace.

The chef of the group will appreciate the full kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and a practical breakfast bar that seats three. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, accommodating up to 4 guests across 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is a particular highlight, boasting an incredible view and a beautiful en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. When you want to unwind outdoors, step onto the private patio to watch the stars dot the night sky.

Guest Access: Upon arrival, you will receive a grey key fob. This fob grants you access to the HOA pool and hot tub located within the condominium complex, both of which are available year-round. Please be aware that the Elkhorn and Harker Center pools are closed from mid-September through the end of November, and again from mid-April until Memorial Day.
