HOUSE RULES (Failure to comply with these rules can result in an additional cost)

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential and family area. No parties, loud music, or any other noise that may disturb neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Maximum capacity of the house is as detailed in the description, including children and infants.

We will provide check-in instructions a few days prior to the Check-in Date. Check-in is after 4pm, unless agreed on other times.

It is mandatory to present the documentation of all guests for the registration of travelers of the local police (according to regulations: Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, of August 5). In addition, the tourist tax must be paid: 1€ per person per day, applicable from the age of 17 and up to a maximum of 7 days of stay.

An additional charge of €30 will apply for check-ins after 12:00 AM.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property, as well as in the stairs and access areas.

It is not allowed to move the furniture or change the objects of place.

When leaving, garbage bags must be deposited in the street containers and the home must be delivered in an acceptable condition, notifying of any damage caused during the stay. In no case should garbage bags be left in the community.

We remember that the cleaning costs cover a general service and the change of bedding. They do not include the collection or washing of kitchen utensils or disposal of waste.

Check out time is at 11:00 am (failure to comply with this rule will lead to an additional night). The property reserves the right to remove the belongings that remain in the house after that time.

It is not allowed to sublet or perform activities other than holiday or temporary accommodation.

The guest is responsible for the custody of the keys and their return at the end of the stay. Any emergency intervention due to loss, loss, forgetfulness within the home or lock lock will be the responsibility of the guest.

Please turn off the lights, heating and air conditioning devices when the house is empty. Also be sure to close doors and windows tightly for security.

As a courtesy, upon arrival you will have bottled water, samples of coffee and tea capsules, a dishwasher tablet, oil unit, vinegar and salt, amenities with gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper and dish detergent.

We have a crib and highchair upon request.

We ask you to make sure to take all your belongings when you check out. We are not responsible for forgotten items or their shipment.
