• Must be at least 18 years of age to book

• Guests not listed at time of booking are NOT permitted on premises.

• Only park on the paved driveway. No parking in the grass!

• You must notify the host and get approval for any and all pets before your stay. Any pets that are brought onto the premises without prior approval will be considered unapproved pets and you will be responsible for the resulting penalties.

• Remove your shoes inside the house.

• The locked bedroom downstairs is off limits

• Do not use white towel to remove make-up. We provide small dark cloths for this purpose

• Only open screened windows

• Lock all doors before leaving

• Replace all furniture to their original place before you check-out, we will charge extra if housekeeping has to move furniture

• Reconnect all electronic devices before you check-out, we will charge extra if we have to do this

•You will be charged extra fees for stained linens/towels, excessive cleaning, broken items, or any damage that’s been done to anything in the house, or to the house itself. You will have until 12am after check-in to report any pre-existing damages. Any damages or missing items not reported within this time period will be charged to your card linked to the reservation after check-out.

• If something is broken during your stay, please let us know right away so we can replace it in a timely matter.

• Unapproved guests and pets will result in a penalty Fee of $300/pet and $250/guest plus $50 for each night unapproved guests or pets stayed at the house

• Do not have packages shipped to our address if you are a short-term guest (booked for less than four weeks).

• Please be respectful to the neighbors.
