The residence is thoughtfully designed across four levels, connected by a light and bright staircase. The home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The primary suite is located on the second floor, boasting a king bed, a private bathroom with a large soaking tub, and direct access to the pool deck. The third floor hosts three additional bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two twins—each featuring private bathrooms, spacious closets, and private decks. The top level offers a secluded sanctuary perfect for teens or families, featuring a spacious living area with a wet bar, a sleeper sofa, a deck, and a fifth bedroom with two twin beds.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The second floor includes a sitting room, a formal dining room, and a very large main living area with plentiful comfortable seating and a wall of French doors. These doors open to a sun-drenched deck and a large private pool (roughly 28' x 14'), surrounded by lounge chairs and sofas. Outdoor living is enhanced by a summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill, fridge, sink, and dining table, as well as a pool house containing a ping pong table and a full bathroom.

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and quality appliances, leading into a unique copper-domed breakfast room surrounded by windows. Additional highlights include a screened-in porch, an office area, and a Sonos sound system integrated throughout the second floor.

• Pets: Non-shedding, house-trained dogs under 50lbs are welcome (max 2) for $50 per pet per day. An enclosed dog run is provided on-site.
• Note: A new home is currently under construction at the adjacent property. Pool and spa cannot be heated.
