• Pets: Allowed ($50 fee per pet per stay; not included in original booking rate)
• Early Check-in: Available from noon for a $125 fee (confirmed one day prior upon request)
• Long-term Stays: Stays exceeding 30 days are subject to electric and/or gas charges
• Important Access Note: Parker Dam is closed from 11pm to 5am. If arriving during these hours or towing a trailer, you must cross to the California side through the town of Parker.
