In total, the property consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, with 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Inside the tiny house, the colorful and vibrant decor creates a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Guests can unwind in the comfortable living room or prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen using fresh, local ingredients. • Pets: Allowed (Additional charge of $50 per pet per stay)
• Early Check-in: Available from noon for a fee of $125 (subject to confirmation one day prior to arrival)
• Important Access Note: Parker Dam closes at 11:00 PM and does not allow trailers to be towed across. Please ensure you access River Lodge Resort via the California side if this applies to your travel.
