Just steps away from the beautiful Colorado River, this inviting retreat is the perfect home base for your next getaway.

This cozy waterfront escape is designed for comfort and relaxation. The layout features 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Inside, you will find a relaxing environment with multiple TVs and cold A/Cs for when you need a lil break from the outdoors.

While the home provides a peaceful sanctuary, the surrounding area is packed with adventure. If you have a boat, you are close to the launch ramp and dock for easy access to river fun. If you don't have a boat, there is still plenty to do: take up fishing, hiking, offroading, playin big at the casino, or hoppin’ around the riverfront bars. For those who prefer a slower pace, you can simply enjoy each-other’s company on the spacious patio featuring a gas grill and gorgeous views.

Located within the beautiful 96-acre River Lodge Resort, guests have access to an unpretentious, old-school campground experience with modern conveniences. Resort highlights include a 9-hole golf course, a clubhouse with a gym, a general store, and a riverfront yoga studio.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (Additional charge of $50 per pet per stay; fees are not included in original booking rate)
• Early Check-in: Available from noon for a $125 fee (subject to confirmation one day prior to arrival)
• Important Access Note: Parker Dam closes at 11:00 PM and never allows trailers to be towed across. Please ensure you access River Lodge Resort from the California side if this applies to your travel.
