This well-designed 2-bedroom tiny home accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 beds and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, while the upstairs loft offers additional sleeping space with about 4 feet of ceiling height. The home includes a comfortable living room with a couch and kitchen for all your needs.

River Lodge Resort spans 96 beautiful acres along the Colorado River, offering an unpretentious, old school campground atmosphere with modern conveniences. Your tiny home sits on the front row with prime waterfront positioning.

Parker Dam provides access to all the Colorado River has to offer, from water activities to relaxing on your private patio. Note that Parker Dam closes from 11pm-5am, so arrivals during these hours or with trailers must access via the town of Parker on the California side.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is available from noon for $125 (confirmation provided one day prior). Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Weekly and monthly discounts are available for extended stays.
