The first floor hosts the primary living areas, including two bedrooms—one featuring a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and tub, and a second bedroom with a Queen bed. Downstairs, you will find additional sleeping quarters and a bathroom, providing a quiet retreat for the rest of your group. The home also includes a dedicated office space area for those needing privacy to get a little work done, as well as a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer access.

At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen stocked for real cooking with a cast iron skillet, griddle, full cutlery, and a dining area for eight. This space flows seamlessly into the Great Room, which boasts ceiling-to-floor windows, a large screen TV, and a pool table for entertainment. Step outside to the large wrap-around deck to enjoy the lake views from the seating area for eight and the grill. Please note that due to heavy snow, outdoor furniture and full deck use are unavailable during winter months.

Located in the serene environment of Incline Village, this property offers a peaceful Tahoe getaway. Guests should be aware that this home does not provide access to private beaches, punch cards, or docks, and does not include Incline Village beach passes.
