Listing policies:

The number of occupants is limited to that defined in your booking contract. No festive event even punctual can be organized on the property outdoors or indoors with people exceeding the number of occupants contractually defined. No professional outside service provider can intervene on the premises, and no technical equipment not provided with the property can be installed without the owner's approval (ex: sound system, tent, food truck, etc.). Any violation of non-compliance with these rules will result in the immediate termination of the contract and terminate the rental without the possibility of a request for compensation from the holidaymaker.

The number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity of 15 people.

Facilities are not equipped for electric car charging and guests are prohibited from charging electric cars on indoor and outdoor domestic outlets.

Guests will be charged an additional €70 per car reload at our properties.

Tourist tax is given as a guide at the time of booking, it is the rate in force at the time of the stay that applies.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included

POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED

Vacationers should dispose of their waste, empty the refrigerator, do their dishes before departure.

The accommodation is non-smoking, outside the premises ashtrays are made available to you, it is strictly forbidden to throw filters on the floor.

No pets allowed: this disregarded clause would cancel the contract without notice.

A gardener must carry out the maintenance of the garden at least once per week outside Saturday and Sunday, the times of passage will be communicated to you. The maintenance of the green space cannot be denied.

We tell our clientele that any outside service provider does not have access to our properties. This includes: in-home chef, DJ, food truck, baby sitter, housekeepers…Unless accepted by the owner.

We work with trusted providers that we know, that we have tested, who are graduates, certified and above all insured.

My Holidays In Provence cannot be called upon or responsible for any financial commitments made directly with a service provider whose access to the property has not been authorized.

Cancellation policy:

All prepaid payments are non-refundable.

Waste sorting:

• You have a garbage container

• a yellow container for the following waste:

steel and aluminum packaging, which include cans, soda and beer cans, some aerosols, syrup cans, etc. cardboard containers, which can be parcel packing cartons, food bricks, cereal packs, cartons that pack yogurt, etc. paper waste, like newspapers, magazines, letters, notebooks, etc. certain plastic waste, when it comes to pet (polyethylene terephthalate), HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or PP (propylene), as is the case with the vast majority of milk bottles, cosmetic bottles or containers of household products.-

If the glass has not been dropped off, any travel to bring the glass to the container will be charged €25.

If the property received a fine or a refusal to collect waste from the municipality, for not sorting the waste, the tenants would be directly affected and held responsible.

The house must be left in a state of cleanliness related to its use. Additional managerial hours under which the property is not maintained during the stay or abuse will be charged at the rate applied by the cleaning company.

Security deposit:

Any damages found and not reported to the state of entry will be considered due to the holidaymaker.

If items are damaged by the vacationer, they will be charged for the amount of the restoration. For non-repairable items, the vacationer will be charged the replacement value without obsolescence.

POOL:

It is up to our tenants to take all necessary precautions for the use of these facilities, especially if they are staying with young children whom they must supervise. The tenants acknowledge that the owner is fully responsible for accidents occurring to themselves, their family or their guests. (In order to avoid any risk of accidents, we ask that you pay special attention to young children).

The tenants also acknowledge the owner's liability in the event of negligence regarding the deactivation of the pool alarm.
