Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment but permitted on the balcony. Parties and events are not allowed, and visitors are welcome until 10 PM. Professional cleaning is provided every other day at no additional cost; however, daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
