This home doesn't allow pets per the HOA. ADA service animals are welcome and must be registered in advance; they cannot be left unattended.
The backyard is reserved for the year-round tenant who lives in the lower level of the property, so please enjoy the front and side areas instead.
When you leave, please start the dishwasher or hand wash your dishes, dispose of trash in the barrels under the front stairs, and log out of any TV apps you've signed into. If you used the pullout sofa, leave it open for housekeeping - they'll take care of the rest.
During summer checkout, shut the A/C off or set it to 72 degrees if there's a heatwave. In winter, set the heat to 55 degrees before you depart.

Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
