The home is thoughtfully arranged across three finished levels. The main floor features a spacious great room with a cozy fireplace, dining area, and an entertainment center with a flat-screen television, all flowing from an updated kitchen. This level also includes a Queen bedroom and a dedicated office with a desk. Upstairs, you will find a King bedroom and a loft containing two twin beds that overlooks the family room. The finished basement serves as a recreation hub, offering a sectional with a smart TV, a Ping Pong table, and four additional twin beds. In total, the home provides 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

As part of the Abbey Springs community, guests have access to a wealth of resort facilities (amenity fees included in rate), including:

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. There are 5 parking spots available, though the garage remains locked and is not for guest use. Important policies include a $100 fee for bookings made within 72 hours of arrival. Optional early check-in or late check-out may be available for $75 each. Startup toiletries are provided for the first 2-3 days. Additionally, please be aware that the Abbey Springs Yacht Club may be closed for reconstruction after Labor Day weekend 2026, though all other beachfront and resort amenities remain open.
