Location & Neighborhood: Pinewood Getaway is perfectly positioned for those who prefer to leave the car behind. For outdoor enthusiasts, both River Run and Warm Springs are located within a couple of miles, making it a prime spot for skiers, snowboarders, and hikers. Local conveniences are just steps away, with the YMCA located across Warm Springs Road and a valley bus stop and transfer hub at the corner of Saddle and Warm Springs. Visitors can also explore the nearby Sun Valley area, featuring the Sun Valley Pavilion for music, the Sun Valley Ice Rink, and the Sun Valley Stables.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property. For your convenience, entry is managed via a lockbox located to the right of the front door; guests are asked to use only the lockbox specified in their confirmation and to avoid disturbing neighboring units. During the winter months, the gas fireplace (controlled by a remote near the kitchen table) should remain on to provide necessary heat for the home. STR Permit: STR22-00155.
