The newly renovated farmhouse features a comfortable layout with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Each bedroom is appointed with a Queen size bed, complete with cozy down comforters, linen blankets, and soft sheets, ensuring a restful night's sleep with stellar views visible from every room. The fully remodeled bathroom includes a tub-shower combination, vanity, and a stackable front-load washer and dryer with eco-friendly supplies provided.

Designed for gathering and relaxation, the open-concept living and dining areas are bathed in natural light and feature breathtaking views from every window. The living space is accented with unique local artwork and lovely antique lamps, featuring a smart TV and a petite sofa with armchairs. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for family meals, equipped with small appliances, pots, pans, and basic baking ingredients. Outside, a new construction deck offers the perfect spot to soak up the sun while gazing at the mountains.

Located in Hailey, Idaho, the property is a short drive to Sun Valley, Ketchum, and the River Run ski lift. Guests can explore dozens of backyard trails, including the Pioneer cabin loop, or enjoy backcountry access for snowshoeing, snow biking, and cross-country skiing. The grounds also feature a rustic wood barn and an old pioneer cabin that transport you back in time.

House Rules & Policies:

• Minimum age to book: 25 years old
• Pet Policy: One dog under 50 lbs allowed with management approval and a $35 per night fee. Dogs must be crated if unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. No cats; certain breeds (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman) are not allowed.
• Restrictions: No parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, professional filming, smoking, cannabis, or drugs onsite. No noise after 9 PM outdoors. No candles or exterior fires.
• Administrative: A signed rental agreement is required. Stays over 7 nights require manager approval. A 6% non-refundable cancellation fee applies.
