The third-floor retreat is thoughtfully divided, with the main level dedicated to a homey living space and the upstairs loft providing a private sanctuary for sleep. The living area is anchored by a gas fireplace—a true showstopper when it comes to warming even the coldest tootsies—and includes a smart TV equipped with a Blu-ray and DVD player. The main level also hosts a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring a new walk-in shower installed in September 2025. Upstairs, the loft ensures privacy with a comfortable bed and a half bathroom.

While this is a residential unit without on-site amenities included with your stay, guests will enjoy the following features:
