This newly renovated home is designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the main floor, you will find a living room centered around a large local river-rock fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom is also located on the main level, featuring a king bed and direct access to a large back deck with a grand mountain view. The main level bathroom is a highlight, offering a 62-inch cast iron clawfoot tub, a walk-in tile shower with flat river rock tile flooring, and a river rock pedestal sink.

Upstairs, the loft serves as a warm, homey gathering space for the entire family, complete with a reading nook, a large sectional sofa, a flatscreen smart TV, a half bath, and a walkout balcony. The lower level provides additional sleeping quarters with one bedroom featuring a queen bed and another with two bunk beds. There is also a lower-level rec room with a futon, games, and a smart TV, as well as a laundry room with a new washer and dryer to keep your hunting and riding gear clean.

Outside, the property is built for the Montana lifestyle. Guests can utilize the Traeger wood pellet smoker for a juicy brisket or the propane BBQ for quick elk steaks. For those needing extra space, an electrical hookup on the side of the shop can accommodate an RV (30 feet or less).

Located in Superior, Montana, this property is a true mountain sanctuary. Please note that the serenity and privacy of the location come with a long, improved dirt driveway with relatively steep inclines. During winter months, a four-wheel drive truck or SUV is required, and tire chains are highly recommended.
