Guests should be aware that the apartment is located on the top floors and requires climbing three full flights of steps.

House rules include a minimum age of 25 for the lead guest and a strict prohibition on candles or incense. Pets are not allowed. Professional cleaners prepare the home with hotel-quality linen and towels. Initial small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturizer, and toilet paper are provided; guests are kindly asked to provide their own replenishment thereafter. For bookings of 14 days or more, a mandatory mid-stay clean and linen change is required at an additional cost. Additional cleans can be arranged upon request. Please note that check-ins falling on UK bank holidays may incur additional surcharges on cleaning and personal check-in fees.
