Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in inside and outside areas of the property (we charge a $400 fine for eliminating the smell of smoke).

Be mindful of the noise level, especially after 9:00 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave without a refund.

Additional guests are not allowed in the unit beyond the number indicated on the booking confirmation. This rule is created to avoid large gatherings and parties and to be fair to guests who pay the fees for their stay.

Reservations from third parties are not allowed.

The unit must be left in good condition, without an excessive mess. Additional cleaning fees may occur if necessary, so we can prepare the unit for our future guests.

All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests.

Please take care of the provided amenities - towels, cushions, appliances, kitchen utensils, cutlery, etc.

Please take good care of the unit key. In a case of a loss, you'll be asked to call a locksmith, and the cost is usually between $100 and $200. Please note that the unit door will lock automatically - don’t leave the keys inside if you’re leaving the premises.

Note that the locked drawers are only used by our Airbnb staff.

Check-in/out:

Please note that the arrival time is 3 pm. Any arrivals earlier than 3 pm must be agreed in advance and will be available only if we don't have a departure that day. Additional fees may apply.

Please note that the departure time is 11:00 am. Before departure, please deposit the key according to check-out instructions. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out if we are notified in advance. This may only happen if we don’t have a check-in on the day of your check-out. Last-minute changes to your check-out time will result in a $25 charge for every additional 30 minutes of stay.

♻️ Garbage:

It is important to deposit the garbage from the unit in the corresponding spaces. In the corridor corresponding to your unit, you’ll find the garbage room. The room will be close to the elevators. Please deposit plastic, cardboard, and glass waste in the recycling room located on the first floor. Throwing recyclable material in unauthorized areas is charged a fine of $150.

Air conditioning:

Please control the unit temperature by cooling or heating the space gradually. In case you want to ventilate the house by opening the windows, turn the air off.

Bathrooms:

It is against our house rules to throw toilet paper, female wipes, tampons, etc., in the toilet. We strongly encourage you to be mindful of this matter, as we will charge all the arrangements to fix the toilet issues.

Guests will be received with basic items for their first day of stay: toilet paper, kitchen paper, shampoo, soap, and dish detergent. If your stay is longer than two days, you may purchase your items in the markets in the area.

The unit has a free parking space that will be assigned at the time of check-in. If you have a second car or visitors, they can use the valet parking or the paid street parking space.

🌬️A/C & Doors Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times. This helps prevent condensation and property damage.
