Please note checkout time is 12:00 afternoon. Please vacate the apartment on Time for the next guest to check In on time.
Two Access cards are given for entry to the apartment and building facilities like Gym, pool etc. You should return both access card when checking out. If access card is lost or not returned while checking out than you need to pay 30 BD for reissue of each Access Card.
If you need to late check out you need to inform me and I should agree before booking.
If late check out after 12:00 (Afternoon) without any agreement there is an extra fee for each hour you need to pay 25BD.
If late check out without any agreement more than 3hr than you need to pay 90 BD.
This is for the respect of every guest so all of you can Check In on right time. So we will also have enough time for cleaning and Room make up.
Enjoy but please take care of Nabiour from noise etc.
Avoid loud noise party and bringing visitors are not allowed.
Please don’t smoke inside apartment in bed room or living hall. You can smoke in the balcony.
Please take care of Apartment as if it’s yours.
Unapproved Guests without any agreement there will be charge of 25BD per night per extra guest.
I am very Friendly and flexible so if you have special request please feel free to ask before booking to avoid any inconvenience. 🌹
Building Amenities Please note that building amenities like the pool, gym, and sauna may be closed without prior notice for maintenance, weather, or due to abusive behavior. There will be no refunds if these amenities are unavailable during your stay.
