The open main floor features a sunlit living room with plush couches and a fireplace (currently not in use), while the dining area boasts a table for 12, perfect for big family meals. The interior is complemented by a spacious expansive deck featuring a propane fire pit for stargazing and s’mores, and a camp chef stove for outdoor cooking.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for privacy and rest, accommodating up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 beds across 3 bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite equipped with a king bed, sleeper sofa, and a private office. The lower level is a dedicated space for the kids or those young at heart, featuring a bunk room and an open sleeping area, alongside a family room ideal for movie marathons and gaming sessions.

Outside, the ranch serves as your personal playground. The property includes a fenced yard, a disc golf course, a horseshoes area, and a wiffle ball field located in the corral. Nature enthusiasts can explore 12 fenced acres and two seasonal creeks, or hike the on-site hill for sweeping views of the surrounding valley.

Located in scenic Camas County, the ranch is just 13 miles from Fairfield and 30 miles to Hailey. In the winter, Camp Creek Road becomes a groomed trail for snowmobiles and cross-country skiing. Summer brings access to Croy Canyon for mountain biking and hiking. Nearby attractions include Soldier Mountain (26 miles), Sun Valley (43 miles), and the stunning Sawtooth Mountains, Redfish Lake, and Craters of the Moon, all within an hour's drive.
