For a special experience, guests can enjoy views of the Ann Morrison Park fireworks from the front porch every 4th of July.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway space for two vehicles and ample free street parking (up to 3 cars total)
• Pet Policy: $100 pet fee per stay. Pets must be disclosed at booking, kept off furniture unless protective covers are used, and never left unattended unless kenneled. A $15 charge applies if waste is not picked up.
• House Rules: No smoking (including vaping/e-cigs) on the property, no drug use, and no parties or events without prior approval. Please remove shoes inside and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.
• Note: Guests have access to the entire home except for a locked basement. An exterior security camera monitors the front door and yard.
