For additional privacy, one of the bedrooms is located in a detached Casita with its own en-suite bathroom.

The interior has been completely refurnished with all new designer furniture. The massive living room comfortably seats 8 guests on plush leather couches and custom chairs, centered around a new 70-inch smart TV with cable and Netflix. A Bluetooth-connected soundbar provides the perfect soundtrack for your stay. The home is set up to entertain a group effortlessly, with seating for 11 guests across the dining area, bar, and kitchen island, complemented by multiple outdoor dining areas.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all essential plates, utensils, pots, pans, and baking basics, along with a blender, standard coffee machine, and a Keurig. Outside, you will find a large built-in natural gas BBQ and an oversized pool with a Baja shelf, perfect for tanning or for children to splash around. The backyard also features a firepit with a provided s'mores kit, all while overlooking a double fairway of the golf course with dramatic sweeping views of the mountains and incredible stargazing opportunities.

Located in a private gated community in PGA West, the property offers peace of mind and convenient access to three public golf courses, the public clubhouse, pro shop, restaurant, and bar. The home's proximity to the festival grounds allows guests to avoid massive traffic jams during major events. Nearby attractions include Lake Cahuilla and the various shops and restaurants throughout La Quinta. A car is necessary for transportation in the area.
